If I could give no stars I would!!! On the 27th of June I went in to Red Stiletto Hair Salon for a root touch up. I had been in the process of growing my hair out for some time. What should have been a simple highlight turned into terrible bleeds and striping. I contacted the stylist right away about my problems, and didn't hear back for 4 days, so I called the salon and told the owner what was going on. terrible owner and management! do not use this salon. Unprofessional and will mess up your hair and not fix it.
I don't know it's because I'm younger or just ask a lot of questions. But every question I've asked I've got an attitude with the answer back. Just one girl. Everyone else seems nice but I've never been to a salon where questions seemed to be a burden and got such a snap back with the answer.
