Love the staff here at Redstick Pediatrics. All three of my children have been patients here for over 10 years. Everyone is always so attentive, especially our Nurse Practioner Rachel Simms. Literally can't express how great she has been over the years. She always makes sure our concerns are heard. Can't recommend enough!
This medical facility has undergone a significant decline in its quality of service. My children have been visiting this office since their infancy, and I have never encountered any issues with the medical staff. However, I recently experienced a frustrating situation. Can’t speak on every provider but horrible bedside manner. I’m a first time mom and brought my 3 month old back in after being sick for 6 weeks. She mocked me the whole time saying oh he’ll feel better by Pre-K and while he’s screaming his head off she said look he’s fine. Kept saying like I told Dad the last time do this that and the other even though I have been doing all the things for 6 weeks. Wouldn’t even let me talk. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and never taking my baby back. I’d leave 0 stars if that was an option.
