Gym owner was really nice and welcomed me right away. From out of town and everyone very welcoming as well. Coach was awesome, high energy. Helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommend this gym!
I dropped in to two classes while I was in town for a couple of days. Red Stick made me feel right at home! The coaching was fantastic, and the 3pm class took me in as their own. I will definitely come back!
Dropped in for a day during the Thanksgiving break, and I have to say that by far, this is the best Crossfit Gym in Baton Rouge. Very clean facility, state of the art gym equipment, and very accommodating staff. If you're an out of town visitor looking for an awesome gym to drop-in, this is your place.

My wife and recently moved to the area. This was the 3rd box I’ve been too, and I loved the 5am class. The people were super welcoming, the pace was fast and spicy, and the coaching was engaging and consistent. What a great experience!
