Dropped into Red Stick CrossFit while I was in Baton Rouge and had a great experience. The atmosphere welcoming, knowledgeable coaching, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Great facility, solid programming, and an awesome group of people to work out with. If you’re local or just passing through Baton Rouge and looking for a quality CrossFit gym, I’d definitely recommend Red Stick. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in town.

Great environment. Owner makes a point to great newcomers and is very welcoming. Coaches are supportive and knowledgeable. Well kept equipment, and just good vibes. Highly recommend.
Gym owner was really nice and welcomed me right away. From out of town and everyone very welcoming as well. Coach was awesome, high energy. Helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommend this gym!
I dropped in to two classes while I was in town for a couple of days. Red Stick made me feel right at home! The coaching was fantastic, and the 3pm class took me in as their own. I will definitely come back!
