Extremely rude, disorganized, and unresponsive customer service. When it was first opened, the service as well as the quality of the products were excellent. However, the staff or owner has changed; their service has been extremely bad recently. Definitely not high end flower shop, it is supposed to be. Very sad as a community member in the same neighborhood. I had to change the order from pick-up to delivery, and I sensed that they didn't like it.
