This place is absolutely horrifying and should seriously be shut down. My girlfriend left here completely taken advantage of by someone who clearly had no idea what they were doing. Her nails were way too thick, the paint was chipped, and the worst part? The technician cut her multiple times, dropped tools on the floor, and then reused them without washing or sterilizing. I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure before my surgery and when I arrived at the exact time and they gave my appointment away to walk-ins. I have limited time because I scheduled it before a doctor’s appointment.

Made two 9 am appointments for my mom and I. Only two nail techs when we walked in a few minutes before 9. One tech was already working on another customer which meant that he wouldn’t be available for our appointments. Come to find out the male nail tech accepted a walk in appointment over our scheduled appointment. I can understand a mistake but he was rude to us when 930 rolled around and he finally was available to do my mom’s nails but we had to leave by 9:45. Lisa did my nails. How do you think they look? The PONTER FINGER isn't even, EVEN. And at the end, no lotion or hot towel. THIS CRAP JOB COST $55 . IM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
