I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure before my surgery and when I arrived at the exact time and they gave my appointment away to walk-ins. I have limited time because I scheduled it before a doctor’s appointment.
Made two 9 am appointments for my mom and I. Only two nail techs when we walked in a few minutes before 9. One tech was already working on another customer which meant that he wouldn’t be available for our appointments. Come to find out the male nail tech accepted a walk in appointment over our scheduled appointment. I can understand a mistake but he was rude to us when 930 rolled around and he finally was available to do my mom’s nails but we had to leave by 9:45. Lisa did my nails. How do you think they look? The PONTER FINGER isn't even, EVEN. And at the end, no lotion or hot towel. THIS CRAP JOB COST $55 . IM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
