Once one of my favorite places. Not anymore. The last two experiences have been horrible. I hate the new concept. Pay for the food at the cashier find somewhere to sit, get your own beverages (in a plastic cup), Get your own refills. Perhaps it works for some, not me. The food quality has gone down as well. I’m usually excited for my Res Sky favorites... I did not enjoy it at all (again). Oh well I’ll find a new place, won’t be going back.

Service was absolutely horrible. They brought out our food but no cutlery or plates. Husband is still waiting for his sangria because they said that they had to make it. So far 30 mins have gone by. We've finished our meal but still no drink. They don't seem to care. I ordered Chardonnay and waiter gave me red wine choices?!?! I asked for my favorite appetizer and was told they didn't offer it anymore but we found it on the menu. Never coming back here again.

The food came fast! But I paid almost $15 dollars for two small fish tacos.
I gave this restaurant a 3 because of the food quality and size the prices are reasonable but the size sucks $12.00 for a “shrimp basket” you get 6 shrimp � and 3 potatoes � ... But the customer service was top notch I was treated like a queen � and the employee made my b day celebration epic and if your a big fan of karaoke � like me please make sure you hit them up every Saturday it’s totally worth it
