The lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions when we first called to ask for a quote, and when we called back to ask more questions, she quickly answered them. Red Sky were incredibly responsive when I needed roofing work done quickly in Smith River. Troy and the office team kept me updated on scheduling and the team arrived on time and got the work done as planned. When I contacted them about a minor follow-up issue they got it resolved quickly. Everyone on the team was helpful and friendly, from the office team to all the roofers, especially Alex and Angel. Everyone did a great job on the roof and the clean up. I would absolutely hire them again. My thanks to the whole team!
