Extremely disappointing experience. They somehow managed to get something as basic as almond milk versus regular milk completely wrong. For someone who is lactose intolerant, that is not a minor mistake—it’s an important dietary requirement that can have real consequences. On top of that, every coffee we tried was unbelievably sweet—so sweet that it was almost undrinkable. Coffee should taste like coffee, not like a cup of sugar with a hint of coffee.
