This is my first interaction with this company. When you call the administrator gives you an appointment. They will ask if you would like to be moved up if a time slot becomes available and I said yes. The team was professional and courteous. Presently the property looks trimmed and clean. Mr. Edmon answered all my questions and services to continue to update the property. The team: Hakeem, Miguel, Erick, David and Yunior were kind and courteous. In the end they hauled off all the debris. A job well done.

3 guys came out and gave me an estimate to remove weeds including roots in a small portion of my yard. They said they would completely remove the weeds. After a little over 3 hours, they said they were done, but lots of small weeds remained and they didn't remove the roots from the large ones. I was billed over $900. I complained to the company. 2 executives came out and said that I needed to spray to remove the roots. That wasn't what I contracted for. . I am new to Albuquerque and had no idea whom to call but I read Red Shovel's excellent reviews and now here I am writing one more after the excellent job that Seth and Josh did updating my ancient irrigation system. They were punctual, knew exactly what needed to be done, and worked efficiently. Best of all they were so kind to my rambunctious dog who was determined to "help" them with this most interesting project.

I was fortunate enough to have River & Eloy come to my house to take care of a horrible yard today. They were considerate, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. They were not only on time, they were early! I have never seen my yard (front and back) look so good! I wasn't sure I was at the right house when I got home. The experience was absolutely great from the first phone call to the finish. Thank you again guys! I will use Red Shovel for future landscaping projects! Highly recommend them to everyone. Red Shovel's team of Jose and Roberto who do my grounds care came today and went above and beyond expectations. After mowing, edging,and blowing they hand weeded and even trimmed away some dead branches. The entire yard looks great ( front and back ) and the yard is receiving many compliments saying that it had never looked better. The team and office staff are always kind and very professional. Aaron and River from Red Shovel did an excellent job removing unwanted plant material, a dead tree, plus cleaned up so well afterward, the courtyard looked clean and clear - absolutely no chips, leaves, etc remaining! They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company, these gentlemen.

At the Albuquerque Christian Children's Home we have 6 acres of land. Don and Vince came to help us with clean-up of fall leaves around our campus. They did a fantastic job and were very personable. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have a job done well.
