Poor customer service. Quote was lower than originally agreed to. Cancellation notices instead of sending a bill. Paid two months in advance of amount due, they took that as one payment for one month. That's why they sent me cancellation notices. She ended up telling me that they work like a credit card company, if you don't put it in the memo, it's one payment.
