I had a great experience with Red Seal. Mary K. is knowledgeable and extremely professional. Purchase went smoothly and we felt well taken care of. Went above and beyond post purchase to help us find contractors, deal with insurance claims, etc. Having had real estate dealings in New Orleans, New York, Brooklyn amd now Denver... there is no other organization we would consider.
Worked with red seal. Wouldn't use Chris again. Nice enough kid with two years experience but not knowledgable or strong enough. There was a problem with the closing. The owners did not provide possession. He did nothing to delay the closing or negotiate a post occupancy agreement. I did that. Not sure how that qualifies as representing the buyers best interest.
