Sub-contractors {hvac, roofing & plumbing] do a poor job at best. Paid top dollar and the subs used "closeout" products. Quite displeased. They have their "favorites" - like a shell game unfortunately. Buyer beware.
The developer hires excellent sale persons to pitch fantasies. The developer may fulfill 1/3 of their commitments depending on their ability to turn a profit. Their properties are aesthetically pleasing yet they hire contractors that cut corners. If the sales person can’t put it in writing don't buy it. Even that won’t aid much because they will figure ways to delay etc… Good intentions and ideas rarely translate into delivery of said promises.
