Red Sauce has my whole heart. Their charred, bubbly crust pies are deservedly one of my favorites in all of Portland, but the seasonally focused salads, soft serve, and Snoopy phone make our family's hearts sing.
Hidden fees! My philosophy is that there should NEVER be a surprise at the bill. How is this legal? I need to trust a restaurant with what I put in my body, and I lose that trust with these types of things.
Went on a Friday night, place was busy not packed. Menu was simple, food was not complicated, service was excellent. Food came out as it was ready. Great martini!
Restaurants that insist on including a tip in the price of their food should make a reassessment of their business model. Pay your help more. To top that off Pizza was just ok. Help was less then friendly at the take out window as well. I remember trying them when they were on 42nd. It was just ok then. Thought maybe it changed. It did not. Not returning.
