First time trying it, not impressed. Pizza was nothing to write home about and when the gal "checked" my order she wasn't conscientious of the fact that she was letting all the heat out of the box. Left open the pizza box while she checked the receipt. I would think that they would review the receipt first, know what they were looking for and then quickly check the order to make sure it maintained as much heat as possible, being a pickup order and all. Had a terrible experience here with my family. Got a margherita pizza and I was surprised how bad the sauce was. Sooo salty. Like your name is Red Sauce, you’d think you’d have a decent sauce. The 20% auto grat is laughable given how mid the service was. The owner is prob pocketing most of that fee instead of training staff on service. Avoid this place!
Excellent pizza and salads—very high quality ingredients and made with love. I really loved the “it’s me nummy” pizza. Staff was really friendly as well.
I really want to like this place. They try to be inclusive and family friendly with a back patio but they aren't actually equipped or priced for families. The pizza is solid (but expensive at over $30 for a pie) but having to trek back and forth over rocks to order, get your own silverware, go to the tiny bathroom (no changing table) does not match the automatic 20% gratituty. The customer service is weird, they act like I am bothering them when I ask for things like a high chair or ask a question about the online menu.
