I had my first appointment with Red Sands this week. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Ashley Hines was fantastic. She really takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel very comfortable. I had a great experience with Red Sands and thankful to have found this clinic. Highly recommend!
Cameron took the time to listen to me and is trying to figure out what’s wrong with me he is truly amazing. He knows more than my regular doctor. Love this place and will be back .
After several attempts calling the clinic to make medication refill appointments, and getting voicemail, I felt Red Sands was too risky to continue going to. I need monthly med checks for refills, and I became afraid I would run out of medication if no one was in the office to take my call. Ashley Hines, my clinician, is great but the lack of a receptionist is worrisome, almost all my calls went to voicemail. EDIT!: From the time I uploaded this review to now, Red Sands has improved tremendously! The receptionists and secretaries are all fantastic, and are excellent with solving issues over the phone, and getting back to you if they aren’t available! The only reason i’m editing this review instead of removing it, is because I hope anyone who has seen this in the past will see this, and know this review to be outdated and no longer true!
