I have been seeing Stephanie since 2024 and she is amazing however she has been out on maternity leave since November with no set date to come back so I figured I’ll venture out with someone else in this salon since I love the spot and am due for a touch up. Whatever you do don’t go with Kayla she ruined my hair I ended up with yellow greenish highlight first of all she did not even listen closely to what I want, second after paying her 350$ she ruined my hair and rudely said this is what you want it. My result is the opposite of what I want it and everyone that I asked agrees to see the green shades on my hair. i got my hair dyed there in early may, it’s almost july and my hairs still bleeding. i didn’t get what i asked for at all i showed multiple all over color photos and got chunky bright blue highlights in my black hair instead of the all over blue. it’s bled everywhere all over my clothes and walls and bedding. my skin is almost permanently blue/green as well. when i went in to get it fixed she still charged me to fix the roots which were extremely bright blue highlighted and made me feel hideous. they also said it was normal ... read more
