Make sure you have everything in written contract, and record the phone “quote”. Probably a great company, just had an unpleasant experience re attitudes and installation. (It was the “manufactures fault because they sent the wrong paperwork”) (aka under education of employees) My two systems are functioning great at the moment, 18 months after install and 5 Service calls later.
