Excellent! My friend recommended a beautician at this salon and I love her (and the salon). I've passed that recommendation on to another friend. The staff were friendly and prompt, the price was excellent, and I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily. I'm sorry that maggiemadera had such a bad experience because I've never been treated that way at Red Ruby.
GREAT SALON, GREAT SERVICE This a great salon and you feel comfortable as soon as you enter! It's clean, modern and the owner genuinely strives for excellence and professionalism. My wife has worked in several Fresno salons and the Red Ruby Salon is by far the BEST!
Personal Satisfaction comes Before Customer Satisfaction. This is a nice Salon next to a nice Restaurant. If you don't mind an unprofessional atmosphere where hairdressers texting on their cell phones comes before customer service then go for it. They will let you wait while they talk on cell phones and admire themselves in the mirror. This was my second and last trip to a salon with no professionalism.
