After today's visit, I have to offer this positive review. My three cats came together; all needing shots and a vet visit; and 2/3 were great; #3 was a mess! She attacked me; scratched the vet; they had to bring in another vet tech; and she had to wear long gloves; several towels; and many minutes later... finally, they were all taken care of. Went there with my 2 babies 🐶 🐈! And I was impressed with the compassion and how well they addressed and explained all my concerns. The prices very affordable, comparing calling to 3 other places and the price was twice the amount than here! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 👍🏻
I should have left this place as soon as the tech offered to EUTHANIZE my 3 year old cat if I couldn't afford the over $1100 treatment he needed!!! What a vile thing to do when your cat is in distress and the condition is treatable! Now, they refuse to give me my cat's medical records or the presciption for the food that they put him on after his hospital stay.
