This place went to complete hell after the merger and they moved to Lime Springs. They use to be great, now you call them and the staff seems cocky and rude. Nothing like it use to be.

I’m giving them a two star, because of what they used to be. If you would’ve asked me before the merger, how I felt about this practice, I would tell you nothing but good things. However I feel like we are being cattled throughout the office, you get transferred to be transferred, so you can leave a message. I miss the old Red Rose...... sigh and sad face.

All 3 of my hoys have been at this practice since birth- the Drs are always comforting and compassionate and the nurses are like family.

I love how they take care of my son my son been going there si'ce he was 10 year of age now he is sixteen and he still get treated the same way they use treated him since he was small my son ,my son have a HEART problem three open heart surgery and i have to run with him all the time and they aways are there for him THANK YOU ALL

Doctors are good, once you can get a hold if them. On many occasions, I make an appointment with a doctor for my kids, and we get the Physician's Assistants. I am not knocking the PAs, but when I make and appointment with the doctor, I expect to see the doctor. Just thus morning, I called in and asked that Dr. Reiley to call me back, after confirming that Dr. Reiley was in. And, again, I got the PA calling me back.
