Terrible experience didn’t even get my flowers and totally messed up my whole surprise for me girls birthday will never be going here again don’t rely on these guys

Flowers were perfect. Delivery was very late in the day but eventually reached the intended recipient.
I have bought my flowers here for years and the bouquets are always magnificent! The recipients are always wowed and so appreciative. Thank you for years of 1st class bouquets!!
