Never again with this family dentist they missed up my bridge it was never installed right now I have no elsewhere to get it redone then I asked them to give me my records. I signed the release form and told him to send me all my records and they only send partial. I kept seeing me with out telling me that they were not in Network anymore with my insurance and never the same doctor not even a doctor's name on the front door
Staff and dentist very friendly and caring, dentist took time to explain clearly about my condition and I appreciate them.
Messed up my initial visit and cancelled me for a text confirmation that was never sent. Twice now, charging an old insurance provider despite several calls. I have to call them back today to fix it again. High pressure dentists always have something to sell at the end and it's inconsistent. One month you have a cavity, next visit it's an overbites and nothing about cavities. The male dentist can be heard walking around the office calling all the women sweeties. First dentist I think I'll be leaving due to service quality.
After not being at the dentist for a couple years, I was nervous to go back. I didn’t feel any judgement whatsoever! The staff was professional and kind from start to finish. They were efficient and explained everything well. Recommending Red Rose Family Dental to friends and family!
