Eric was awesome easy to work with. he handled everything. I strongly suggest using him for any of your real estate needs.
Eric treats you like family some issues he come out and assist himself. Any repair issues someone usually comes out the same day or they give you 1-5 scheduled service appointments that would best work out for you. Five star property manager!!
We rented a property managed by Eric from May of 2020 until May of 2025. Any time we had an issue, Eric handled it very quickly and professionally. From plumbing issues, to AC repairs, to irrigation issues, most things were always handled within a day or 2. His follow up and communication was always excellent. I feel that he treated us very fairly during our time and we cannot thank him and the owners enough.
Don’t recommend. Left the home immaculate and yet he made up things to take some of the deposit. Actually left home better than when we moved in. He doesn’t care about his tenants he cares more about the owners opinions. Left the home in pristine condition. Yet he still found a way to charge for things that wasn’t our fault. We were in the home for one year walked in to a mess to clean up from the start. Filthy carpet, curtain rods barely hanging.
