1 star- for shopping near by and move in process I rented a townhome managed by Red Rooster starting 10/2024- I moved into a community that wasn't fully developed- never again The move in process was smooth. Issues began once the landings at pecan park finished building on the street I lived. Ongoing daily issues- especially the parking. I advised Eric of these concerns. I’ve rented a home managed by Eric Boyd at Red Rooster Property Management for the past four years, and it’s been a great experience from day one. Communication has always been outstanding, emails and messages are often answered within the hour which is almost unheard of these days.
