ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Made an order via Uber Eats and they forgot our vanilla bites. When we called to let them know we didn't receive it, there was no apology from the staff and all she said was, "you can cancel it on Uber Eats"🤦🏼♀️ why should we call Uber Eats? It's the staff I blame because you're the ones that receive our orders and packed the food. Give it four for cleanliness and good music. The food is just horrible! I had a burger deal that came to $23.90! This was just for one person. It was a burger (small bit of chicken, lettuce and sauce). Size of a cheeseburger. Chicken and cheese are bigger from maccas. Chips, gravy hard as a rock, pepsi. $23.90! How?! I am still hungry. That was horrible. I spend years not going back to red rooster for this reason. Food is crap! Confirmed years later still crap. Especially this place. Must be family run. Not friendly at all.
Quick service and Clean restrooms. Staff are courteous and caring and efficient
