Really disappointing experience at Red Rooster Hoppers Crossing. I ordered a whole chicken and while eating it, I found this strange grey, jelly like material inside the chicken and accidentally tasted some before noticing it. Terrible food quality and dismissive customer service. I ordered the buttermilk chicken and hot honey chicken box, but the experience was completely disappointing. Poor Food Quality: The gravy looked completely unappetizing and unappealing. To make matters worse, one piece of the "buttermilk chicken" was literally just fried batter with no actual chicken inside.
