Lazy staff
Violating Australian Consumer Law by not providing the right meal to the customer and Food Safety concern. I ordered Red Burger Box meal which includes gravy and mash but they did not deliver the mash as if everything is done. It is not a mistake because they are aware that they dont provide it , only when I complain they give the mash and gravy after 10mins but the gravy and mash looks dirty. I did not eat it because when I look at it, I found out it is dirty and have some visible dirty stuffs on it.
The chicken was unseasoned, the skin was pale and flavorless. there was no herb stuffing and the little ones we did find were extremely bitter. the person that did serve us touched some cash then served us our roasted chicken plus they left the box wide open. Extremely dry.
