Food was so stale I couldn’t bite it and chips where cold
Staff were very helpful and great service
My family ordered $60+ worth of food via the Red Rooster website. We received a text message at 6.15+/- advising delivery would be within the next 15 minutes. We have just had the food delivered (*edit:50-60minutes later) cold, with multiple items missing. When phoned to address the issue, after clarifying 3x that we had ordered via their website and NOT uber eats, SHANNON was dismissive, rude and offered no service beyond telling us we could come down to the store to get the missing items ourselves.
