All of them is really rude. I ordered via doordash pickup 30 minutes before i arrived, bec after that i need go to work. But when i arrived, they said my ordered already taked by someone else. I mean thats imposible, bec this one isnt delivery but pickup. And they said thats not their wrong. They keep saying they short of people… i dont care about that. I already wait like 15 minute and not coming ready.. and they keep talking this not their wrong
I came in and ordered dinner last night i was served by such a wonderful lady named kaitlyn she welcomed my wife and i with such a friendly energy, even while there was a rush she was a incredible worker! Smashing orders and even bringing our food outside to us. I’ve been ordering from this red rooster for years and the change in service is amazing! This young lady definitely deserves some recognition!!!
Ordered a half chicken. Charged $10.45. A whole chicken advertised for $12.00. What a ripoff. Won't be going back there for a while! The service at RR is always too slow in any case.
This has to be the worst red rooster in the country. Constant issues with this store. Either constantly closing early or not have chicken available for a chicken shop. Tonight I ordered a Trop pack with a wing. I ended up with a leg and the size of the chicken looked like it came off a quail. I am now done with the constant issues with this store.
Waiting for my order and ( Jason ) was so freindly and switched on with my order. This staff member needs more recognition!
