I’ve been here almost a year now and Daphne and Billy are by far the best landlords I’ve had in the area. They have been more than willing to accommodate any concerns or maintenance requests. They respond to me quickly and efficiently and are on top of things as soon as they can be. If you are wanting a pet friendly, family friendly, very understanding landlord look into renting from Daphne and Billy and their maintenance team, because they’ve been more than welcoming to my family and animals.

We just moved in to the apartments a couple months ago and it's been good. Daphne the office manager is awesome. Anytime I have a question she never fails to answer them and she is really friendly and understanding.
I have lived here for almost 3 years. They have the best people manage it. They truly care about what you need and make sure things get fixed when they break. Don't have to worry about slum lords with this company. Highly recommend living here.
Daphne is an amazing Property Manager and goes out of her way to help. She is very prompt getting back to you with any questions or needs. The property is well maintained and if something does arise Daphne and Billy get on it as fast as they are able. I literally asked about checking the outside vent for dryer today, it's already been taken care of. If your looking for a family friendly and pet friendly place to live, that also has a property management team that actually listens and gets things done, think of applying here.
