Lived here over a year. Nice place to live. Quiet neighborhood. Great neighbors.
Lived here many a years. Was ok when first moved in. Now it's all HUD housing they constantly have moved dope addicts in that have oour lives and neighbors in danger and I'm telling you they're dope addicts can you believe that? There is bird poop everywhere from hawks or birds I don't know. There's water damage from roof leaking, black mold and they keep raising rent every year while not offering any more benefits. When we first moved in they offered wifi. They're pricing out good normal people so they could get more money ... read more
Theses apartments and the property Manager are all a joke!! They do not fix anything, mold, bedbugs, cockroaches, they can’t even fix a leaking faucet! The neighbors in the apartments in Ironton are just terrible!!! The property manager took my rent on the 1st then telling me to vacate the apartment. Literally one of my neighbors was having sex outside there apartment in the bed of there truck but Daphne didn’t mine that!!
