Besides calling in a reservation and still waiting 25 minutes to be seated, while other parties of 5 without calling ahead jumped ahead of us. Everything else was excellent like always!
My name is Otas Cephas Jr and I support this message simply because I was in the party of 6 referenced above. Because I suggested this establishment for crab feast I’m completely 💯 dissatisfied with the service, the food and the warm flat draft Coors Light. Being seated promptly and seeing the minimal amount of patrons should of been a true indicator that things were not up to par. Our party of 6 arrived at 2:30p & were seated promptly. The crabs were barely warm, very small and/or illegal size!! Our server only brought one to two crabs at a time!! The snow crab legs were barely warm. The only hot food was what was deep fried!! We had to wave our server down for everything we needed!! I will not be visiting this restaurant again. It was not worth the ride which took an 1hr 22 mins or the price!
We enjoyed some appetizers and some great drinks at the bar!
Food was ok crabs were few and far between but the service was horrible by far the worst service I ve ever had even after complaining to the manager
