The lady that lives and runs this place is a rude old lady. The 3 years I had my stuff in a unit there, she did not close the gate at all. There are 2 gates, 1 stays closed and the other is open all the time. I complained to her several times and she would say that she just forgets to shut it at night. It should never even be own during the day either. You should have to put a code in every time you enter and exit this business. She's just lazy. I complained about it last week on the phone to her.
