This is actually a decent hotel, if you get the right room. It's pet-friendly, so check the room before you pay. The people at the front desk are very nice about finding you a room that suits you. The smoking room smelled like a wet dog that hadn't had a bath in a year, but the nonsmoking room in another building of the hotel was pretty nice. Will never stay at this facility again. We were so tired on arrival, that the only thing we noticed was the strong smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Desk clerk came and sprayed air freshner which helped. Next morning, I used dishwashing liquid to clean dirty shower floor. I opened the cabinet in the kitchenette and found two boxes of cereal, a package of chalupa shells and a moldy loaf of bread--obviously had not been cleaned for a while. This address is a Motel 6. Called the number and got a Motel 6 reservationist. Possibly Red Roof sold this location to 6.

First room looked like an ashtray was dumped in the sink. Got another room. It was ok Everthing old, wore out, dated and smelled bad. Pillows, sheets, blankets everything un comfortable. But too tired to hotel shop. Desk clerk helpful when something in the air triggered a mild copd attack. The remodeled Red Roof Inn on College drive is much nicer. At least the rooms had been updated. This Red Roof Inn on Victory Ln is supposed to get an update. Let me tell ya....it needs it If you have respiratory issues go somewhere else

Before I continue writing my review any further let me first say that I have stayed here numerous times over the past year and a half and while the rooms aren't necessarily perfect they are a good value if you have a coupon (available at the visitor's center on the same road as the hotel) and are comfortable. We checked in the front desk guy Ron was very nice and helpful. We got to are first room the keys did not work three different times.so we was moved to a different room.we stayed the first night I woke up with bits did not think anything of it could of been from being outside. Next night went to bed woke up my daughter said she was itching we got ready for bed and we found bed bugs in the bed called the desk and they moved us the new room did not have a microwave or fridge so we asked about it to the guy working the desk at ... read more

Kids running around till 3 in the morning. Pool can't even swim... kids throw rocks at you while in the pool. The rooms are disgusting the walls are black the paper is peeling off. The microwave is disgusting looks like it's never been clean. Choose somewhere else to stay!
