The check in was very easy and the employee was nice. BUT. The room. My god, the room. The beds were okay, but the bathroom looks like it as not been cleaned for the last century. There was a BUNCH of loose hair all over the floor. Hairs in the shower and on the wall. Boogers on the walls. The towels were dirty. My aunt booked this room months in advance because we were coming into town for a family funeral. We arrived a little after 12:00 AM, and we had already provided an ETA for our late arrival. When we got there, the front desk clerk refused to check us in. She said she had already run the night audit and could not check us in anymore. She then told us our reservation was canceled because we didn’t arrive exactly at 3:00 PM, which made no sense since we had a confirmed reservation and notified them we would be arriving later. Like the location, only being 10mins from the national harbor, and 20mins from downtown DC. But you really pay for what you get... when I arrived the lady at the front desk was helping someone in front of me. I waited quietly. When that customer left the lady at the front desk immediately went on her phone, ignoring me. I had to speak up for her to notice me. I came back an hour later to pick up some food I ordered and she was fast asleep. Didn't even notice me in there. Nor notice if food was dropped off. Very unprofessiona... read more

The room was comfortable for the price, be aware that the towels are not refreshed daily if you're expecting that. However, the 24-hour front desk as listed on the website is inaccurate, as during the course of our stay, our room neighbors were playing loud music past 11pm and we couldn't get in touch with anyone at the front desk to assist us for over two hours of attempting to make contact.
