I sent a message email to Kendra Robinson about the dissatisfied room and experience. Kendra Robinson has failed to respond. This is related to upon check in a toilet filled with feces, NO hot water for the entire stay. Huge space under door and several insects entered the room. Requested compensation and Kendra Robinson manager has failed to apologize. Unacceptable property and customer service. Authorities and appropriate officials need to inspect property. Hotel should be closed until it meets code.
Great comfortable place to stay.
This place is definitely not a 5 star they have a lot of patch work that can be seen no breakfast. The phone didn't work in the room the door to the room was shady I was a little afraid. I wouldn't stay there alone and the mattress wasn't in a bag so that can lead to bed bugs. I don't like that I had to keep coming off the balcony to smoke this place is a little shady. Never stay alone.. let people smoke on the balcony

I wish I could give this place a zero. I will never rent from these stupid people again. Everything was good until the TV went out. So, now what are you supposed to do with your time. I cannot wait until we leave from here. All I can do is..... PRAY. Father GOD please help me.
