I have had a wonderful stay at this location. Professional staff, clean rooms and great communication.
I had good experience with motel red roof but this one was a nightmare.
They did not refund my deposit. I would not recommend staying here. The service was terrible. The staff do not speak English well, and every time I asked for something, they said they needed to check with the manager—but the manager was never available. Very disappointing experience.
Our room smelled like a wet dog and a locker room. The carpet between the beds was wet. I used the towels to soak up the moisture on the floor and the towels turned brown. The lighting was ultra bright white. We asked to move rooms and they said they were full but I walked around and saw many empty rooms. This place is a dump.
