Erica is the best concierge I’ve had a pleasure of meeting. She goes out of her way for every guest, with a smile on her face and a hop in her step. Jay is working around the clock, keeping the property in pristine condition also full of polite kindness. An absolute fabulous team let by Connie, happy employees take ownership and exhibit traits you can’t teach! It’s an absolute pleasure staying at this property.

Absolutely terrible experience. The room was filthy and smelled so bad that I had to deep clean it before I could even put my stuff in it. Dog hair was all over the walls, and the odor was so awful I had to buy 2 cans of air freshener and use my car fresheners just to make the room tolerable. Then there was my interaction with housekeeping employee Donna. She came to my room accusing me of setting off an alert on a smoke alarm because I had a candle burning to try to deal with the disgusting odor. She immediately threatened ... read more

No había nadie en recepción y tardaron en atender, no servían sus computadoras y no podían cobrarnos, pedí tres noches y me cobraron 4, batallamos mucho con la llave para entrar a la habitación, la ventilación hacía mucho ruido toda la noche. Dejé la habitación el tercer día por la mañana, la encargada no me mencionó nada y aún así hicieron el cobro de los 4 días.
