I’m surprised some customers got a refund. All I got was a discount. The room was disgusting. Very dirty. Dirt and residue along the baseboards. The floors are cleaned with pine sol hence they are very slippery. I pulled back the bedcovers to find hair and human debris. The sheets are not changed only the beds are remade. The corporate office was of no help. They said it was up to hotel management. For a hotel chain to uphold their name corporate should have intervened.

The guy was nice when I checked in and checked out within the same 15 minutes… but the rooms were gross. First room AC was filthy (well all of them were) but the AC was working at first and then I hit the button on it to try to adjust the air and it stopped working. 2nd room it was nicer looking but AC wasn’t working. Third room AC wasn’t working at all. Each room smelled like an ashtray. Went right back to the main desk got my refund and left. Not even worth the hassle to stay in that nasty hotel.
