My stay included a handicapped family member which was having a medical procedure at Advent Health the following day. Prior to our arrival, I called the hotel to ensure that we would definitely have handicap accommodations for our stay. The staff was kind and extremely helpful. When we arrived, the room was clean and perfect for our handicap needs. In addition, the hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near the hospital. I definitely recommend staying here!
Room floor was dirty, when told the front desk they refused our service and kept our money “per policy” . Pool was dirty
