One of the best Red Roofs I’ve stayed in In came in for the night on our way to Florida. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows and a free hot breakfast. Front desk was kind.
So off of first impressions walking in, it’s super clean and feels welcoming and the person at the front desk is friendly. Upon arriving to the room we find damage on walls, the bathroom mirror and just some little small things, no big deal, it’s not a 5 star place. After further exploring we find a mostly empty vending machine, and a laundry facility that is small and costs more than the laundromat 7 miles away. Great for the price - stopped for one night
Disappointed since we called ahead to be sure the pool and spa were up and running. Some walls in our room had something dried all over them, the pool was freezing. The hot tub was maybe 80 degrees. Roaches under the pool towels. Breakfast was very sparse with no one filling anything. My child spilled some juice but there were no napkins available to clean it.
