Got in town @ 2am, this was third place b/c everywhere was full, “Jor-gen-son” was awesome, kind, friendly, and quick. 11/10, give that dude a raise!
Jorgensen at Red Roof is absolutely the best! From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He's professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the guests. Great customer service like his is hard to find these days. The service was great but the room was horrible. I had a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. When I walked into the room I immediately felt uncomfortable. The pictures online did not look like this room. The location and atmosphere gave me anxiety. I felt very unsafe. I could not believe this hotel was in Naples. I honestly didn’t feel safe. I gathered my things and went to the front desk clerk explaining my concerns which he was very accommodating and offered me a different room but I just couldn’t stay there. ... read more
