I'm very disappointed with this company. I stayed at this location for several weeks and accumulated lots of rewards points on my redicard. At the time I was relocating to the area so my stay with them was quite lengthy, approximately 3 months. Since I didn't use the rewards in a " certain time frame" they said 14 months, they basically erase them. So the thousands of dollars i spent were not recognized. Don’t let this motel fool you. It’s a diamond in the rough and a desert oasis. At first glance it appears to be a standard motel, but when you check in you’ll find two wonderful guest services employees at the front desk. Mary and Maria! They are both knowledgeable about the area and friendly. At the front facing exterior there is an IHOP in the same parking lot. Breakfast anyone? Good morning, i was a long term member of res roof inn hotel in all, when i was in Naples whith my family i had to cancel a reservation unfortunately because i was going to check inn i found the front desk lady name she was on the top of the desk whit another person doing inappropriate stuff whit another guy, that is totally disrespectful and inappropriate for the hotel image, and i will not come back to any Red roof inn, i hope that you guys will take care of this, so that you guys will take care of this, so that won"t happ... read more

Great experience so far. Room nice. Landscaping is nice. I’m impressed. Ango was the front desk , great guy , helpful and very knowledgeable and nice. Thank you red roof inn.
