Sonny is very professional, and take his time out to help, very understanding. He have very good customer service skills and very respectful. I recommend this Red Roof location to anyone, they love their customers and not just about the money. The housekeepers are very nice and cleans the rooms very well. The room was a great nights sleep. Was truly surprised that there were no slamming doors or stomping above and no screaming kids. How blessed was I to have complete calm after a horrible weekend. Sunny was great to deal with and had a wonderful disposition. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay away. The pictures look better than what it’s actually like. Mold in bathroom, no hot water, had to shower in Luke warm water, I went to front and spoke to the man at desk and he said he would look into it and never heard from them. The remote didn’t work and they changed batteries but didn’t work either. The tv has a bad screen. The toilet paper holder falling out of wall. No cups for water. They allow people with dogs that are aggressive. I was scared to leave room after 2 growled at me as I was walking the hallway. O... read more
