We stopped here on the first half of our road trip. The guy at the counter was really nice, and checking in was easy. We didnt have a reservation, but they had a room available. We will not be staying here or at a red roof again though. When we walked in the room, it had a little smokey smell, but looked nice....until we got to the bathroom area. There were 4 roaches in the bathroom, and two outside near the sink. Part of the baseboard behind the toilet looked rotted and was coming off the wall. When I pulled the covers back... read more

Walked in and was going to book two nights. I am a member at red roof. The man at the counter stated that only one dog is free even if they are service or ESA dogs. He wanted to charge us for the other dog too. I explained that they are certified and he argued with us that it did not matter. He charges for any dog over the one. Regardless if they are service dogs. I really don’t think it’s legal to do that. I have stayed at plenty of other Red Roofs that did not charge as long as there was documentation.
