Rooms are tiny, no fridge or microwave, no vending or ice machine, wifi signal is to weak n slow
We got there late and the next morning i got up and I happened to look down as I picked up my phone cord that fell between the bed and end table and almost stepped on a meth pipe, they didn't even say a simple Im sorry they acted like it was no big deal. 😡 and I have dogs what would have happened if one of them got ahold of that?
The only thing great about this red roof is the location, that is it. Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke, their rooms are supposed to be smoke free. The toilet was disgustingly sticky, the floors were not vacuumed and our bedsheets had red stains on them. Then my husband found a bag of white powder (presumed drugs) in the chair of our room, that’s when I decided we needed to leave. We were staying with our 3 year old, this was absolutely unacceptable! The only complaint I have is you got to recharge your air conditioning you're on 65 in here and it's barely barely barely cool in here it doesn't take much to get your maintenance guy to get some Freon and recharge the air conditioners yes 65° I should be frozen out of here and it's Luke Luke cold meaning it's not cold kind of comfortable but not comfortable at all buy some freon and recharge your air conditioning units thank you
Service was top notch. The ice bucket needs to be thrown away lols....
