Great price and location. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Very stinky room, and shady folks living at this place. I would stay here again if I need something in central St Louis and needed it to be under a hundred dollars.

Don't know what the plus is all about the room is completely run down there is limited outlets and the ones that are near the beds one doesn't work and the other has a short in it somewhere the dresser looks run down as well like it's on its last whim and there isn't even a fridge in the room also it was supposed to be a smoke free room and it reeks of smoke

Sheets are stained, nightstand has oil spilled all over. So not cleaned well. Hair inside the ice bucket. Pillows has weird fuzzy stuff all over them. Giant king bed with 4 pillows... need like 8! Needed a place to rest while driving. Had available rooms or would have gone to a nicer if available.

I needed this hotel as a stop over on a long road trip. I needed to place that would allow me to bring my dog with, so red roof seemed like a good option. The staff were really nice, but the room was extremely smoky. Smelling despite the no smoking . The duvet was stained, and the thermostat was broken.
