I booked a hotel September 19th. It was non refundable which is fine because I have never had an issue a motel before. When I showed up, there were some shady individuals outside that were definitely causing a ruckus. There was a person lying on the grass outside who looked homeless. Due to both of these things we do NOT feel safe here. I called the phone line and the lady who picked up you cannot hear due to the static on her end.
