Very clean comfortable room at a reasonable price.
My daughter and I booked a room for 2 nights for a graduation at a nearby school. This inn is filthy, you notice the unkempt carpets in the hallways which don’t seem to have seen a vacuum cleaner in ages, the musky and stale odor in the room hits you as soon as you open the door. Needless to say, we stayed for only one night instead of the two as had been planned. My daughter slept outside in the car because she couldn’t take the noxious smells. Front desk staff extremely helpful!! Umass 2026 graduation! A bit of a drive but straight shot to campus!
The staff at Red Roof Inn at South Deerfield are wonderful. They addressed and resolved any concerns promptly and politely, the cleaning staff did an excellent job, and maintenance went above and beyond, including shoveling out my car during a snowstorm (thanks again!) Highly recommend.
