Got in late, turned on a lamp to set our things down and then went to bed. Not until morning when I opened the curtain to let more light in, I noticed the thousands of might looking bugs that were all along the meeting point of the ceiling and the wall above the TV, as well as the pile of them that were down beside the air conditioner on the carpeted area. We had a really good experience at this hotel. We left our previous hotel, the Days Inn near by due to stained sheets and disgusting rooms. When we entered the Red Roof Plus, the night shift desk attendant Jesus was super helpful in getting us a room quickly. He gave us a small discount due to our woes that night and gave us a top floor view room too. We ended up booking the rest of our 6 day trip at the hotel due to the wonderful service and great price point. Its also only 3 blocks from The Alamo and 7 blocks from the famo... read more

Pessoas simpáticas, acessiveis e disponíveis. Meu voo atrasou e por tive que fazer o check in tarde da noite. Eu ia com coração na mão, pensando que seria recebida com cara f3chada, mas encntrei recepcionista sorridente e prestativa( nem eu consigo sorrir de madrugadakkkk)

Hotel is run down and extremely dirty. The rooms smell like wet dog, does anything get cleaned? Stained bedding, sheets and towels, the tub is atrocious, the shower curtain doesn’t stay closed and torn so there’s water everywhere. Dirty walls, corridor carpet doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed in years. Drapery does not provide any light blocking. Not to mention the windows are so dirty you can barely see outside.
