Arrived at 3pm check in time, no rooms available. Was told by man at desk my room type (king) wasn’t available. Told him I didn’t mind something similar if it was available. Was told only rooms available were suites and I could come back in 30 minutes bc housekeeping was running behind. Came back in 30 minutes (after shift change) and the young lady told me the same thing. No king rooms and it would be 30 minutes. She also mentioned there was no hot water in the bldg. I can only say on what I seen the room that I was in had a leak in the ac and there was clear water damage that was turning into mold front desk doesn't seem to care much about anything dont want to get involved the location though is great it's right of the interstate going both ways no breakfast no Pool no extra towels have to exchange NOT KID FRIENDLY

Edit 8/20: Despite the company's reply to this review, no one from the company has reached out to me directly and I still have not received a refund. When I arrived, my room had mold on all of the lampshades, the bathroom had hair all over the toilet and sink, and the fire alarm battery pack was open, which makes me think the batteries died and someone opened it to stop it from beeping instead of changing the batteries. I was switched to a room that had dead and live bugs all over the floor and smelled strongly of formaldehy... read more
