Jada was very helpful and very pleasant. She took good care of me. And a great attitude
It's a budget hotel, so my expectations were low and rightfully so. The room and bed were clean, but everything in it was very dated with lots of damage/wear and tear. Mold was present on the shower wall, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. There was a bad smell in the room. There was a large spider in the bathroom and also what appeared to be earwigs. Definitely in a rough neighborhood. I made sure to park under a light in the lot at night.
This Red Roof may be the cheapest option around, but the room smelled very bad, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there was a wasp nest right above my window. The staff was nice but couldn’t solve the problem. I cut my stay short and will spend more next time for a decent hotel. Also, LOTS of noise at night from the hallways and neighboring rooms (I was on the ground floor).
