Red roof overbooked their hotel and canceled my reservation with no notice. I arrived to check in the evening and had to scramble to find an alternative reservation. The front desk woman did nothing to help. Garbage service from a garbage company
I’d give it 0 stars if I could! I booked on Booking.com and was told I would not have to pay until we got there. 2 weeks before the stay the property called me to make a deposit or I’d lose my room due to overbooking. When I got down there we were forced to pay another deposit fee that isn’t disclosed anywhere at time of booking. The room was disgusting! It felt like everything had a layer of grease on it. I’ve been staying here for about 2 weeks and the hotels price is not only good but the rooms are clean which is not always something you get for this price. Everything was clean and the location was very convenient for me. The staff has been very nice and special shout out to Laurel for being the best of help throughout my stay. She does her job well, remains positive and made the stay better by being so helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here whether your visiting Raleigh or just need somewhere to stay :)
