Very clean and good customer service..
Our reservation was made 6 weeks prior to a wedding we were attending and I got a call 2 days before the event telling me they had to cancel our reservation due to being overbooked! Their excuse was we booked it through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). They refused to help in any way including refunding our full payment. Luckily Hotels.com were wonderful in finding a hotel for us at the price we originally paid. I would NEVER recommend this place.
They don't even deserve 1 star. Don't book with them, they'll call you and cancel as you're on the way to them. Less than 48 hrs to my booking they called and said they were overbooked. Unbelievable, as they should of checked all reservations as they were being booked, not last minute.
