Hotel has roaches. In the laundry room and on the walls. Never again.
1. Let’s call this place the ice castle because they use pine sol to wash the floors leaving a very slick surface, not to mention the horrible smell from the pine sol was overwhelming! We complained with no resolution! 2. we had a 4 day stay we asked right from the beginning to have service every day take out the garbage please make up the beds. They need a better house keeping staff..carpets were dirty. Otherwise nice stay for the money.
Went to two rooms. First room two broken lamps and an AC. Second room, no soap, smelled like mildew, bucket under the ac with water in it, blood on one of the dresser handles, apps from TV said no wifi in the hotel was able to connect with the apps, the hotel hallways smelled horrible. No elevators. Bring surface, bedding and air sanitizer or penicillin. Awful hotel.
