The front desk staff was very arrogant and the manager felt like he was in a position to judge me as a person after I cancelled my reservation he charged my CC anyway for a full week to cause me harm
Room was prepared nicely, everything was acceptable condition. Only bad things: no smoke detector & slow bathtub drain. 2nd time I have stayed here, and will continue to when needed. Just 1 more thing, there are 3 floors, so if difficulty walking or with stairs, make a note during booking for a 1st floor room
This hotel was disgusting. If you're looking for a place to rent by the hour then this is your place otherwise stay away at all cost. We arrived in the comforter looks like there is still bodily fluids all over at the door looks like it just recently been kicked in the bathroom had insects all over. I brought all of these to the attention of the management at this and corporate Red Roof and they do not seem to care.
Hotel is in a very convenient location. Rooms could definitively be a lot cleaner. These rooms need to be inspected before they are rented out to guests.
