Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here I stayed at the Red Roof PLUS+ in Pittsburgh East - Monroeville and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The entire place smells terrible, and the room I was given was no exception. On top of that, my room key had to be reset multiple times just to get into the room. When I got there, the room was a mess, the sheets and blankets were stained, there was trash all over the floor and underneath the beds, the bathroom had water damage to the floor, and the night stands charging outlets didn’t work. I wanted to hook up my PlayStation 5 to the tv to watch tv but I couldn’t because the HDMI ports weren’t easily accessible at all. The staff is exceptionally kind, considerate, and helpful. And the other guests are quiet and respectful. Very restful and peaceful stay. Also, a convenient location.

This place is horrible this place is filthy dirty nasty to get do not change beds. We had try to stay and the room we tried to book the lady was saying we could have the night before. Wanted a early check in that was extra well ok so went ahead and did that then she says well after I book well I'm just letting you know if someone comes along we will half to give your room to someone else after the fact she already gave us are room number.
