This hotel stay was the worse experience I have had. I booked two nights. The mattress on both beds need to be replaced because people have set on both sides of the bed and made the mattress saggy. The heat made a clicking sound and kept me up most of the night. The worst part I just got out of bed at 6 am because I couldn’t sleep. I went to take a shower and they had no water. I stayed at Red Roof last weekend and overall I enjoyed my stay. However , there was an unexpected water shutt-off that made things a bit difficult. I understand that it was out of the hotel's control. I spoke with the front desk to ask about it and share my concerns.The lady at the front desk was very respectful and kind, and she offered me some compensation, which I really appreciated. Overall,it was a good stay, but the unexpected water issue made it a little challenging.
