Room was absolutely gross while I was doing my room check went to report the mess they won’t give a refund or give me a new room they stole my money charged me a 99 dollar cancel fee and stole my 50 dollar deposit because a corner was untucked from the bed with a CRUSTY STAIN ON TOP they are thieves and don’t even bother asking for a manager he will “be in tomorrow” then that becomes not till Monday completely ruined my birthday weekend trip
I reserved for five beds and three rooms. The only gave me two beds and two rooms. They said it was a computer error from their side, but still charged me full price. I asked for a full refund but they never gave me.
