We booked a hotel 1 month in advance and once we got there they didn’t have a single hotel room for us. Mind you WE BOOKED A WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE. It’s currently 10:30pm and there’s a marathon coming up so there’s literally no available rooms nearby us. I would have been good to let us know in advance but not even a email bro. Do not recommend this shit to anyone and hopefully NO ONE goes through that

It was a horrible experience,the fire alarm went off one thirty I'm the morning, had to stand outside in the cold for two hours then the fire department made us leave four in the morning valentine's day weekend. It sucked

Room is fantastic! The service person was very nice but spent a lot of time on her phone. Location can be a pain, depending on which direction your coming from.

So far the worst experience for me. We reserved two rooms and when we arrived they informed us that we can check in just one room while second room was cancelled. I was traveling with kids, so I was extra cautious and confirmed with the front desk and also informed them our late arrival. I never felt this bad before.

For a cheap place to stay while working in the area this place isn't bad and is the go-to for me when I'm in Newark. I pretty much live on the road for work and frequent hotels every week. There isn't a disgusting aroma of weed and cigarettes when you walk in and the rooms are relatively scent free too. That's my one huge complaint when traveling, most places say "no smoking" yet their rooms and halls reek of it. The staff is friendly so no complaints in that dept either. I'll be back next week for my 3rd stay of the year. F... read more
