The woman at the reception is extremely discourteous; she neither greets guests nor responds to greetings. Despite the fact that we are staying at this hotel for a week, housekeeping is only provided every four days. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned—there are stains on the sofas, and the chairs are covered in dust. The service from the front desk at night is terrible. I’m specifically talking about the black Caribbean woman who works the front desk. She’s always on loud phone calls, always has a nasty attitude unless you’re white or Asian and denied me my stay twice because she didn’t like that I gave her an attitude back after she was very rude to me for no reason she needs to be fired. If you’re looking for a clean and efficient place to stay in this area, this is it. Cost was unbeatable and I was pretty pleased. Although during my night one pillow smelled a little moldy, but I just tossed it to the side and didn’t think too much into it.
