We booked their shuttle service to the Nashville airport, but on our return trip back, the driver claimed he waited for us for 25 minutes and refused to return to pick up our group. His claim was impossible, as only 12 minutes had passed between our call and the time we were at the pickup location, and we have phone records to prove it. Worst experience ever at a hotel. Room was disgusting. Smell of marijuana in the room was unbearable. Bed was leaning. Didn’t stay. Returned my key within 5 minutes and asked for a refund. Front desk became combative and called the police on us because we refused to leave without a refund. I would never stay at this hotel. Very shady and horrible staff.

Have just left after 3 good nights. Hotel is well located, very good staff, rooms are excellent for price. I have found my new place in Nashville.

A couple of days after staying there my debit card had been duplicated and caught for fraud. They were the only ones that had access to my debit card and my driver's license. BEWARE! And a suspicious death with possible foul play reported by police this week. Please be careful folks!
