Fantastic location! The staff is great, especially Adrian and Naombi! The room was clean, quiet, and in good shape. For a budget hotel, this is one of the best! We have stayed here four years in a row. We keep coming back.
Had to move from original room due to a pest problem. Staff immediately took responsibility and upgraded the room. Because of understaffed had to request new linens which were picked up at the front desk. Great location with easy access to tourist attractions and downtown Charleston. Good rate for the six day stay. Pet friendly.
Naomi was really nice and friendly. She was very professional. Shes a really good person to gave at the face of the business. All of staff was nice as well.
