Housekeeper thew away my food, and did not clean anything in my room she could not even understand English the owners have Housekeepers in sandals walking barefoot in the rooms
The owner nick accused me of stealing 20 dollars then refused to give me the room i reserved because he was upset that I reserved with booking.com and he proceeded to raise his voice at me
I have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed the stay. Very friendly staff and housekeeping. They really take care of you and very friendly. If anyone needs a Great place to stay, the Red Roof Inn is the best.The Mgr Nick is Super friendly and very understanding.
The front desk when we checked in was so sweet and accommodating. Although the location itself could use upgrades like the elevator The elevator does work. It’s just low. It’s old. It’s what you expect from an older hotel. This hotel has been here for years. but the room is pretty nice and clean there was one bug but it was just a random bug nothing crazy which is expected in any hotel so we're not mad about it .
