Customer service really disappointed I book online with clc logging, front desk Request me to check in by walk in hotel Which i did . Get there front desk required My work company need to make that reservation. I just decided to walk out And book another hotel very nice and Clean close by . I'm sharing this bad experience so others people using clc logging going to this place to be aware Of this bad customer service.
A little worn, but clean and everything worked. No free breakfast so cost was lower than expected.
Room was clean, staff was friendly, the beds/bedding quite comfortable. I greatly appreciated that it was reasonably priced given the reason for our stay (air conditioner went out at our house, making it too hot to safely stay). The only drawback is that it can be difficult to get off on the Lee Trevino exit of I-10 and make the right hand turn almost immediately - not the hotel's fault, just jerk drivers.
Clean place, staff very polite and friendly. Beds very comfortable. And it's located just next to the I10.
