La persona que está en la recepción no soluciona la falta de internet, comenta que el wifi no funciona con aparatos mexicanos, al entrar a la habitación a la tele tampoco le funciona el internet con el wifi, se le solicita el código QR para conexión pero no lo quiere proporcionar No quiero pensar que se trata de un acto racista hacia los mexicanos 0 empatía del empleado
El hotel esta bien, sencillo y bien ubicado, el problema es el servicio, es malo, sobre todo en el lobby, el encargado es de muy mal trato, me hizo hablar inglés porque no me entendía y después pase por unas cosas al carro y estaba platicando en español fluido con otra persona, nos dieron habitación sin limpiar y tuvimos que esperar en el pasillo a que hicieran la limpieza. A menos que sea una emergencia, no recomiendo este lugar.
